Line passes will be available for this event starting one week before for Platinum Line Passes!

• Only Falling Prices tote bags are permitted for this event. No outside bags are allowed.

• Falling Prices tote bags will be sold separately at the event.

• Reusable bags are excluded from daily pricing.

• Running, pushing, aggressive behavior, or any unsafe activity is strictly prohibited. Attendees engaging in such behavior will receive a warning. Repeat offenders will be removed from the event without refund.

• Tampering with or damaging property is strictly prohibited. Any individual found causing damage will be held financially responsible and may face legal action.

• Theft or unauthorized removal of merchandise will result in immediate removal from the premises and may be subject to legal prosecution.

• Attendees waive any claims against Falling Prices and related entities arising from participation in the event.

🔹 RAFFLE GIVEAWAY RULES

Each attendee will receive one free raffle ticket for a chance to win a bag of mystery items! For each bag of merchandise purchased, customers will recieve 1 extra raffle ticket.

• To enter, attendees must write their email on the ticket.

• The winner will be contacted via email on April 1, 2025.

• No purchase necessary to enter or win. Participation in the event is not required.

• Emails collected will not be used for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

🔹 RAIN POLICY

• If rain is forecasted, the event will be canceled.

• All line pass holders will be refunded and an announcement will be made via the Falling Prices app.

🔹 FOOD & REFRESHMENTS

• Hot dogs available on a first-come, first-served basis.
