General Questions
Can the rules for Membership, Line Passes, or Drop Zones change?
Yes. Falling Prices may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the App, and by continuing to use the App, you agree to the updated Terms.
What if an event is delayed or cancelled - do I get compensation?
No. Falling Prices cannot guarantee that events will run without interruption or that all benefits
will be available at all times. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations, and all purchases remain final.
To check if an item is available, please visit our store as our inventory updates daily.
Our inventory is refreshed every day, so the most reliable way to check an item's availability is by visiting our store.

My item was defective. Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds. No items are guaranteed.
Are you closed on holidays?
Yes, all of our Falling Prices stores are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. See specific locations on the website.

Memberships
What are the benefits of Basic Memberships?
Basic Membership is free. It allows you to check in up to 4 hours before store opening and receive a General Line Pass (number 101 or higher).
What are the benefits of Platinum Memberships?
Platinum Membership costs $9.99/month or $49.99/year .
It allows check in up to 16 hours before store opening, access to General Line Passes (101+)
and the ability to purchase Platinum Line Passes (1-100) up to 7 days in advance. Platinum
Members also receive exclusive benefits such as Sneak Peek Weeks, Platinum-only
shopping days, coupons, and access to Virtual Drop Zones.
Is there a free trial for Platinum Membership?
Yes. First-time users may sign up for a 30-day free trial.
A valid credit card is required at registration to activate the free trial.
Unless canceled before the trial ends, your Membership will automatically transition to a paid plan at the current rate.
What happens after my free trial ends?
If you do not cancel before the end of your 30-day trial, your membership will automatically renew at the current subscription rate.
I cancelled my Membership but still got charged. Can I get a refund?
Yes, if the Membership was cancelled before the renewal date. Please provide the email used to create the account and contact customerservice@fallingprices.com for assistance.
How do I switch my monthly Membership to annual?
Cancel your current plan. Once your billing cycle ends, you may re-enroll under the annual option.
How do I cancel my Membership?
You may cancel anytime in the App. Cancellation stops future charges, but no refunds are issued for time already billed.
If I cancel my Membership, can I get a refund?
No. Memberships are non-refundable. Cancelling only prevents future charges.
Do Platinum Members have extra time to shop?
Platinum Line Passes give priority entry but not extended shopping hours. Occasionally, Platinum Members may be invited to exclusive events with special shopping times.
Do I have to pay for Platinum Line Passes after paying for a Platinum Membership?
Yes. Platinum Membership does not include Platinum Line Passes. Only Platinum Members may purchase them.
Platinum Members also enjoy exclusive benefits such as Sneak Peek Weeks, Platinum Member Appreciation Days, coupons, and special events.
Line Passes
How do I get a Line Pass?
All Line Passes are obtained through the Falling Prices Mobile App. Either a Basic or Platinum Membership is required.
When can I check in to get a Line Pass?
Basic Members can check in starting 4 hours before store opening.
Platinum Members can check in starting 16 hours before opening and may purchase Platinum Line Passes (numbers 1–100) up to 7 days in advance.
Can I change the location on my Line Pass?
No. Line Passes are tied to the location chosen at purchase. To attend another location, you must purchase a new pass. Passes are non-refundable.
Is photo verification needed for a Line Pass?
Yes. Before selecting a Line Pass, you must take and verify a profile photo of the account holder.
Can I bring my children with me without getting a Line Pass for them?
Adults may bring up to two children under 12 years old for free. Anyone 13 or older must have their own Membership and Line Pass.
Can my friend/spouse/partner enter early with me using my Line Pass?
No. Each person age 13 or older must have their own Membership and Line Pass.
Why is my Line Pass number different from when I purchased it?
Numbers shown before purchase are provisional and may change if another user completes checkout first.
I cancelled my Line Pass, can I get a refund?
No. Line Passes are non-refundable.
What happens to my Line Pass if an event is rescheduled or cancelled?
In the rare case that Falling Prices needs to reschedule or cancel an event, all affected Line Passes will be refunded in full or honored at the new time or location.
Drop Zone (Live, In-Store)
What is an in-store Drop Zone by Falling Prices?
Drop Zone by Falling Prices is a special in-store event offering limited-time discounts on select items.
Membership is required for entry.
Some events may be for Platinum Members only or may provide Platinum Members with early or priority access.
When are Drop Zone Events
Event schedules and locations are posted on the App home page.
Where can I purchase a Drop Zone Ticket?
Drop Zone Tickets are available for puchase in the App.
Drop Zone (Virtual, In-App)
What is the Virtual Drop Zone?
The Virtual Drop Zone is a short event—never longer than 2 hours—with products offered at deeply discounted prices on a first-come, first-served basis.
While Drop Zone sales are time-sensitive, there is no live countdown clock displayed in the app.
Instead, each event will clearly show its start and end time.
so you'll know exactly when the sale begins and ends.
How will I know my Virtual Drop Zone order went through?
After completing a purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. A second confirmation will be sent when you pick up your order.
What happens if the item I want is sole out before purchase?
If an item sells out before you complete checkout, you will receive a notification email. No charge will be made for that item.
What are my responsibilities as a Drop Zone customer?
You must keep your contact and payment information up to date, monitor your email for confirmations and notifications, and pick up your order within 6 calendar days.
Are Drop Zone purchases refundable?
No. All Drop Zone purchases are final sale, except where required by law.
Troubleshooting
I am at the store and cannot check in.
iPhone: Ensure location services are enabled for the FP App under “Privacy & Security.” Android: Ensure location services are enabled for the FP App under “Location.”
I purchased a Line Pass, but can't find it in the App under "My Line Passes"
Contact support and provide: (1) your account email, (2) Membership type, (3) purchase date, (4) Line Pass type, and (5) location and date of the pass.
Why can't I upload my photo onto the App?
Ensure the FP App has camera and photo permissions enabled in your phone's settings.
